Supreme Court ordered to stop all tourism activities

In order to protect the Jarawa tribes of Andaman Islands, the Apex Court of India asked to stop all tourism-related activities close to this area on the island. Prior to this the government has also passed a law under which the 5 kilometre radius around the Jarawa tribal settlements is tagged as a restricted zone.
